Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your VitalRise purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- You must have a receipt or proof of purchase
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened supplements (Ashwagandha Gummies, Magnesium Lotion) for hygiene and safety reasons
- Items marked as final sale
- Gift cards
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, email us at support@vitalrise.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Please do not send your purchase back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be processed.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. VitalRise is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
