Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day are typically processed the same day.
International Shipping
At this time, VitalRise ships within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future — stay tuned.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delays & Lost Packages
VitalRise is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package appears lost (no tracking update for more than 7 business days), please contact us at support@vitalrise.com and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. VitalRise is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@vitalrise.com — we will do our best to make changes before the order ships.
